I have tried several different versions of marinated flank steak since we had a delicious ginger-teriyaki version last summer in the Hamptons with our cousins, the Goldens.  The links below are some of the recipes I have tried.

This was very good – a nice change from the teriyaki/soy/ginger marinades that I was trying last summer.  Kind of similar to Nini’s marinated sirloin recipe (to be posted).  I usually love horseradish sacue but felt this was kind of bland and unnecessary (even with adding extra horseradish).

My “go to” recipe (teriyaki)

The above recipe came closest to the flavor of what we had in the hamptons.  I usually double the marinade.
